We plan to expand our services to where you most need it - near big cities with lack of parking dedicated specifically for campers. Think about busy Amsterdam, Utrecht, Eindhoven, the Hague, Maastricht or Groningen. Located in one of those cities? We are coming with our services to you soon!

Our office and secure Parking location is located at Achterweg 25a, Nieuwe-Wetering (outside of Leiden). It is only 15 minutes drive from Amsterdam Schiphol, 30 minutes away from the center of The Hague, Rotterdam, and Haarlem, and 1 hour from Utrecht.  

For our Camper Rental Management service, you need to come to our location for the first intake. After that, you can take the camper with you (unless you are also parked with us). To provide the service (actual rentals to travelers) we need to drive to your home (or any parking location you have your camper parked at) to pick up the camper, take pictures, advertise, clean, and rent it out to the lucky traveler. This means that the pick-up location should be within 50km from our office and there are travel costs associated with it.

Easily make the booking reservation on the homepage of our website. During the reservation process, we will take the deposit to secure your booking payable at the check-out (via Ideal or Credit Card). 

Yes, you can cancel your reservation, but refer to our cancellation policy:

  • If you wish to cancel the reservation, this can be done via your profile or the email confirmation that you received.
  • You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the start date and time indicated in the booking at no cost.
  • If you cancel the reservation later than 48 hours before the start date and time indicated in the booking or do not show up, there can be no recourse to a refund of the deposit amount.

Parking

It means that you can enjoy unrestricted access to your campervan 365 days a year without the need for an appointment, giving you the freedom to hit the road whenever you please. Equipped with an electricity connection, some spots offer you the possibility to recharge your batteries so you don't have to worry about warm drinks in the fridge. You can jet wash your camper and pump the tires on site (for an additional charge) so you take off with peace of mind. Our facilities offer spacious and paved parking spots that give you enough space to maneuver on the parking.

No problem, we will show you the first available date that you can book your annual parking. If there is no availability, you can join the waiting list by submitting the form here

Once you come to the parking on the reserved date and time (don't forget the second key!), we fill out the intake form, answer all your questions, sign the contract and you are good to go!

Our parking facility is equipped with CCTV surveillance, and secure gating to ensure the safety and security of your campervan. We also provide you with credentials to access the CCTV surveillance so you can also watch your camper live.

No, half of our parking spaces have an electricity connection. The reservation of these parking spots are made on a first-come-first-serve basis. You can see the availability when you make the online booking. 

You will have access to the parking facility during the opening times (from 8:00 to 20:00) 365 days a year using a unique access code provided to you upon signing of the contract.

The age or condition of your camper does not matter, but it cannot be longer than 7 meters (incl. bike rack). Also, to ensure the security and safety of the facilities, your camper can not be a danger to your parking neighbors. We only accept vehicles with a minimum of Liability Insurance and comprehensive coverage (against damage to others, fire, storm and natural events, theft, and burglary).

Yes, to ensure the safety of the parking and people, you must remove and keep the following removed from the Vehicle: (fire) dangerous, harmful, explosive, contaminated, illegal substances and/or items, including gas bottles, self-igniting products, and perishable goods. The electric power supply needs to be disconnected and batteries deactivated. 

No, vehicles are not insured by Jolly Campers against any form of damage, theft, or loss that happened at our location. You park at your own risk, so think about getting good full coverage and all-risk insurance (e.g. incl. theft, fire, storm, and natural damage, damage due to collision, and vandalism). In the event of an accident, you can have recourse to CCTV footage.

It is our view on the responsible way of owning a camper. Imagine, you have a camper, but you only use it a few weeks a year. How nice would it be to be able to share your camper with others and also earn?! We help you on this journey from listing your camper, to booking management to interaction with renters and cleaning! Learn more.

We offer our Camper Rental Management Service in two ways depending on the location of your camper. The conditions are the same, only the logistics is different:

If you wish to park your camper at our location:

  • You can book the Parking with Camper Rental Management directly on the home page and come with your camper (and second key) on the date of your reservation for an intake.
If you are not parked at our location (you do not need parking or there is no availability):

  • You can book an intake appointment on the List Your Camper page.
  • Come with your camper (and second key) on the date of the appointment. 
  • After all formalities are done, you can have your camper back (leaving the second pair of keys with us).
  • In case of rental, we travel to your designated location (at home or another parking) and bring it back to our office for check-in. Once the rental is finished, we do the check-out and bring the camper back to you. Please note that there are extra travel costs associated with this service.

If you have enough information and wish to also park your camper with us:

you can book Camper Rental Management through our homepage. Once you come on the reserved date (don't forget to bring your camper and the second key!), we will complete the intake process, do all necessary checks, answer all your questions, and sign the paperwork. After that, we are on it!

If you still have some questions, don't wish to park with us or there is no availability on our website: 

You can book an intake appointment on the List Your Camper page. We will guide you through the process and get your campervan listed and managed in no time. 

No commitment just yet (except for showing up on the date of the appointment). Once you come to the appointment (don't forget to bring your camper and the second key!), we will complete the intake process, do all necessary checks, answer all your questions, and sign the paperwork. After that, we are on it!

We would like to know at the beginning of the season when you want to go on holiday so we do not rent out your camper during that time. You can reserve up to 4 weeks for your own holidays. If the camper is not rented, you can of course also go out yourself at the last minute (you need to let us know and we arrange that for you). Outside of those times, We will do our best to rent out your camper at the most profitable market rate. You can expect it to be rented out for 3-4 weeks during the season (June-September) and 1-2 weeks per month during off-season (October- May).

To give you an indication, according to our experience, a young and well-maintained 4-person camper can earn up to €30,000 a year. The best-performing campers are bigger buscampers with full-length beds. Smaller campers (like 2-person VW California with pop-up roof) can earn up to €15,000. You can earn more off-season if you allow special use of your camper (for example pet-friendly, off-grid, and winter-holiday use).

For the Intake fee: 

  • Hassle-free administration of your rentals; 
  • Professional photoshoot; 
  • Purchasing an inventory (we try to make standard inventory for all our campers that includes all essentials for the renters). The costs for inventory are billed to you (we try to get only the the essentials and use bulk discounts, typically the costs might vary between €400-500).   
  • Creating the advertisement of the camper on our Jolly Campers website and rental platfroms of our partner Goboony; 
  • Campervan prep for rental including necessary adjustments such as arranging campervan trackers, upgraded power system etc.; 
  • Advice on best campers to buy for the purpose of rental; 
  • Help with insurance strategy; 

For the commission:

  • Provide instructions regarding the use of the camper to the travellers;
  • Communication with travellers before, during and after the rental period; 
  • Communication and support during rental in case of emergencies or breakdowns; 
  • Inspection before and after the rental period and, if necessary, perform minor maintenance; 
  • Professional cleaning of the camper post rental; 
  • Checking and, if necessary, replacing gas; 
  • Checking and, if necessary, replacing or topping up oil; 
  • Checking power and, if necessary, charging batteries;
  • Cooperation with emergencies/collection and assessment of damages ; 
  • Replacement of the travel kits (for example kitchen, bedding and bathroom kits); 
  • Keeping track of the camper service calendar; 
  • Arranging ongoing maintenance (typically every 4 rentals); 
  • Feature the camper on Jolly Campers social media to maximise rental potential;  


We are all about transparency! Jolly Campers sends you a report on a monthly basis about all rental transactions that took place that month. This report shows all costs, in particular the rental price, surcharges (e.g. insurance costs), taxes, Partner’s commission, Jolly Campers commission and all other costs (for example our travel costs), together with the total price.

We list your campervan on our website and the rental platform of our partner (Goboony), handle all the marketing strategies, and manage inquiries to maximize bookings and rental income.

We offer comprehensive maintenance services of the visible elements of the camper including regular inspections during check-ins and check-outs, cleaning, repairs with our maintenance partners (upon request), and servicing (upon request) to ensure your campervan is in top condition for renters.

 Rental income is disbursed to you on a monthly basis after deducting our management fee (and any other surcharges). 

We have a stringent vetting process for renters and we make sure that you have secure insurance to cover potential damages. Any issues will be managed promptly by our team in cooperation with you, the renters, and the booking platform, ensuring minimal disruption to your rental income.

The rental of a camper is not normally covered by camper insurance. If you already have camper insurance, you may have to adjust it. But don’t worry, we’ve got you, our rental partner offers you extra coverage in case you rent out your camper. It is insured on a daily basis (Daily Insurance). It costs €24 to €26 a day during rental periods (depending on the age of your camper). It is in addition to the mandatory third-party liability plus full comprehensive insurance that you already have as a camper owner.  You don’t need to amend your existing insurance and you don't get an insurance premium increase in case the renter has an accident. A win-win!

This is what is covered when you take Daily Insurance solution from our partners:

  • damage to your camper;
  • 24/7 breakdown assistance for renter(s);
  • International salvage and repatriation of your camper;
  • International roadside assistance and alternative transport and accommodation for your tenant(s);

If you do not want the Daily Insurance, make sure you have another insurance that covers damage during rental. If you want to rent out your camper through us, you need good insurance that also covers third-party liability and hull damage during rental days, and offers road slide assistance and replacement vehicle. We can help you with choosing the right insurance partner that covers that.

That’s something you need to consider. We know from experience that the vast majority of travelers simply want an enjoyable camper holiday. They usually intend to return the camper in perfect condition. However, your camper will be used and you must therefore take the following consequences into account:

  • The insurance costs can be higher;
  • Your camper is used more intensively. So you can expect a little more maintenance and wear;
  • If your camper is rented out a lot, the chance of damage is slightly greater. Fortunately, in most cases, it is limited to minor damage at the risk of the travelers;

Our rentals include all the essentials you need for a comfortable trip, such as kitchen equipment and outdoor furniture. Detailed information about what's included can be found in each listing on Goboony.

We offer both short-term and long-term rental options. The minimum rental period and other terms can be found on the Goboony platform.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the rental agreement. Please review the cancellation policy on Goboony or contact their customer service for assistance.

Pet policies vary by campervan. Please check the specific listing on Goboony to see if pets are allowed

For any issues during your rental period, contact the emergency support number provided with your rental agreement. Goboony’s team is available to assist you 24/7.

Contracts, terms and payments

All our contracts are annual. Parking, Parking with Camper Rental Management and Camper Rental Management all have a minimum term of 1 year.

We made it easy!

Parking - €750 per year.

Parking with Camper Rental Management - €825 per year. How? Camper Rental Management costs €450 and you get a 50% discount on Parking!

We offer extras at our parking facility, such as a wash bay, minor maintenance, cleaning, battery charging, and much more! We can also prepare your camper for your holliday. Check the prices at our office!

You pay an intake fee of €450 (for us to check and market your campervan, take professional photos, and clean it so your campervan is in top condition and earns what it deserves). You also get a 50% discount in our secure parking location in Nieuwe-Wetering (subject to availability).

Once we are all set up, you are ready to receive your income. Our management fee is a percentage of the camper rental income. We take 50% of your total income. This includes the commission of our rental platform partner and our work for your earnings! Think of continuous checks, cleaning, interaction with the renters, and check-in and check-out procedures. We take all this off your shoulders!
